I am a Bellydance Performer/Teacher, and have dance professionally for over 15 years. Having performed at weddings and many restaurants around the North West of England as well as my overseas holidays, the enjoyment I get, encouraged me to pass on my Knowledge to others. So, 10 YEARS AGO, I turned my hand (& feet) to teaching giving it an all-round experience to the Many styles of this art form. ~ ~ Regular belly dancing can tone your stomach and help achieve those perfect curves. It's one of the oldest forms of dance in the world. This sensual form of dancing from the Middle East has soared in popularity as a low-impact form of aerobic exercise. It's a great workout for the whole body but is particularly good for arms, hips, legs and waist to gaining muscle definition in the right places. My students find it a great release from their everyday lives and say they always feel better afterwardS. Through belly dance, we can enjoy developing a new skill whilst improving our physical fitness and health. In this dance we work our whole body and feel the benefits in mind, body and soul.
